Sakae Sushi@Pavillion

Japanese food is one of my favourite. Almost can eat sushi everyday, but none of my friends could tag along with me as after awhile they get a bit phobia..but not me....tough life ar....

Decided to cheer myself up with Sakae Sushi, Pavillion. The food was just average, could not reach to the sky when eating. When it is crowded, the food quality drops. It is best time to go when not so many people. After eating 3 branches - The Curve, Bangsar Village and Pavillion, I do prefer sticking to Bangsar Village as the quality maintained no matter how busy the place is.

The spaghetti ordered a bit too soggy n' dry. Quite so so lor. But the teriyaki chicken was awesome. ^_^

Gao Ren Guan

Went to Puchong area to hunt some good food, found many great places by just looking how many people lining up outside waiting for a table. Regretted of not coming up earlier to prevent the queue....hmmmm.!

Eventually choose a restaurant without waiting too long. While waiting, realised majority of the customes are family members. The food is simple and much like home-cook food..no wonder.

Old Chinese Restaurant, KL

Scouting for dinner at 10.30pm, not sure where we heading to. After roaming around for less an hour in KL, found this old restaurant in Jln Raja Laut. It is situated opposite of PAS building. As I heard, it serve good food with simple cooking.

We ordered 2 basic dishes as feeling too tired and exhausted.

1) Bitter gourd soup with bean curd and pork.
Expecting to be bitter, but it is surprising taste sweet & heavenly. The pork even marinated.

2) Stir-fried thick vermicelli noodle with soya sauce. Plenty of minced pork and onions. They also put a good amount of oysters, squid and prawns.

The total cost around RM23 for 2 dishes with lotz of stuff, it does content my tummmy with satisfied feeling :)

The restaurant name is in Chinese, unable to interprete to English

Starbuck, LeisureMall

Hanging out in LeisureMall after a fulfulling dinner, but still want to get dessert for myself. So, I ordered my favourite drink to ease my full stomach with Ice Shaken Lemonade Tea. It is very light and refreshing drink - one of the best drink for non-coffee drink. Also together with Noir -bitter chocolate coat and cookies at the centre. Feel no guilt when eating it...

NAMA Chocolate, Royce

Nama Chocolate , ROYCE

There is a small counter at the top floor in Isetan@KLCC selling quite unique chocolate. The salesgal let us taste some of the flavour before I picked 2 boxes - normal & bitter.

It must be kept in chill temperature at all time. Each box cost RM35 and contains 20 cubes of Nama chocolate. It is packed along in thick silver package with dry ice. nice!

The outer layer is covered by chocolate powder (quite bitter, but i like it). Once bite and swirl it in the mouth, can feel the texture is chill, very soft and smooth. Unlike normal chocolate put in fridge, it is hard as a rock.

Before digging in

After

Have tried Royce's potato chips coated with chocolate years ago, it was very addictive. It took many days to eat the whole box, the result is satisfying.
